Age Restriction: Only individuals aged 18 and above are eligible to participate in the Golden Draw. We prioritize the safety and compliance of our participants, and therefore, proof of age may be required during the registration process.
Exclusion of Golden Draw Owner, Staff and Family Members: To maintain fairness and transparency, Golden Draw owner, staff, and their immediate family members are not permitted to participate in the draws. This rule ensures an unbiased selection process and allows equal opportunities for all participants.
Purchase Requirement: To enter the lucky draw, participants must purchase at least one Golden Pen from our website. Each pen purchased will provide the participant with an equal number of tickets for the draw. There is no maximum limit on the number of pens a participant can buy.
Ticket Validity: Tickets obtained through the purchase of the Golden Pen remain valid for the specific draw in which they were issued. Participants can accumulate as many tickets as they wish by purchasing additional pens before the draw dates.
Draw Results: The draw results will be announced in January 2024. Winners will be selected through a “Live Raffle Draw” conducted online under the Supervision of the DED (Department of Economic Development) UAE. The results will be published on our website, and winners will be individually notified through the contact information provided during registration.
Claiming Prizes: If you are selected as a winner, congratulations! To claim your prize, follow the instructions provided in the notification sent to you. Golden Draw will facilitate a secure and efficient process for prize distribution. You have up to 60 days from the date of Draw Announcement to claim your prize. Once claimed, there will be a 30 (working days) processing time before the transfer is completed.
Payment Method Rules: You can use any GCC or India Issued Debit/credit cards (Visa & Mastercards Only) along with Apple Pay (Using Safari Browser on an iOS device) to purchase your Ticket to Enter the Golden Draw. Alternatively, you can use a friend or relative’s card for purchase and fill in your details as the recipient.
Compliance with Local Laws and Regulations: Participants are responsible for ensuring their eligibility to participate in the Golden Draw according to the laws and regulations of their respective jurisdiction. Golden Draw shall not be held liable for any non-compliance on the part of participants.
Refund or Cancellation Policy: Once a Raffle ticket is purchased & issued through website. It cannot be refunded or cancelled as the tickets are numbered, limited and issued only once. We Operate under Government Permit from 1 Series to another Series, and hence once any Puchases are made on our website www.goldendraw.ae, there would be no Refund or Returns Under Any Circumstances what so ever.
Limited Number of tickets: Since the Tickets are numbered and limited, all the tickets (Sold/Unsold Tickets numbers of the current Series) would be printed and inserted in the Raffle Box during all the draws of the series ( for eg : C00001 to C99999).
